Campaign Overview

Do you know that for some children the mid-day meal provided in schools is the only meal they get in a day? This is Samarth Kulkarni. Through my website, www.scholarfun.com, I am spreading awareness about the difficulties faced by children less privileged than us. I am pleased to say that over the last two years, I’ve collected and donated over Rs.32,000 to Akshaya Patra Foundation which provides mid-day meals to 1.8 million kids every single day! This year I have set myself the lofty target of 1.1 lakh, which will feed 100 kids for a full year! I strongly believe it is easier to learn when you are not hungry!
