Campaign Overview

Do you know that for some children the mid-day meal provided in schools is the only meal they get in a day? This is Samarth Kulkarni. Through my website, www.scholarfun.com, I am spreading awareness about the difficulties faced by children less privileged than us. I am pleased to say that over last 4+ years(2017 - 2020), I’ve collected and donated over Rs. 1,47,000 to Akshaya Patra Foundation which provides mid-day meals to 1.8 million kids every single day! This year (2021) I have set myself the lofty target of Rs. 1.5 lakh, which will feed 135 kids for a full year! I strongly believe it is easier to learn when you are not hungry!
